Mantra meditation grants you a possibility to find a connection through your voice. You don't have to be a musician, singer or familiar with meditation. You can also participate as a listener. Instructor Kaushalya (EST) is a trained music and sound therapist, voice healer, composer and music teacher. Kaushalya has trained mantra singing for about 20 years.

Lotta Maija and Veli Sola create magical moments with flute, singing, guitar, baritone guitar and kantele. The audience is always welcome to participate with their own voice.
Four saunas in sauna yard, outdoor jacuzzis and hot tube are in your use. Good possibilities to swim in lake also. Take a swimming suit, towel, sandals and other accessories with you. Mixed saunas!

Registration to the workshops must be done in advance. Registration will open on May. So book your accommodation package before 30.4. with early bird -prices and check the workshops beforehand.

In 360° Duo Yoga workshop we will be assessing and helping to go deeper into the 360° practice by working together with a partner. This practice creates a deep bond between the partners who work together, in different levels. Gaining deeper layers of empathy and mutual understand with the help of touch, breathing and sensing.

We challenge the body and mind in creative yet original way. It is more teaching oriented version of the. You can join the workshop also without a partner, we will take even number of participants.
